Idols' host-with-the-most, ProVerb, has been nominated for an O MVA in the Most Gifted Hip Hop Video category.

Idols fans know him best for hosting the show, but when he’s not on the Idols Stage, ProVerb is hard at work "being a conscious emcee" and making music of his own.

The music video for his track “The Beginning”, taken off his latest album, features the incredibly talented Lungelo - and it’s been getting a lot of attention lately.

Pro was proud last week to find out that it had been nominated for a Channel O Music Video Award in the Most Gifted Hip Hop Video category. He tells us all about it in this web clip.
