It’s crunch time for Khaya and Melissa, the Top 2 Contestants in Idols Season 8. This week Sunday's Spectacular Show is their last chance to garner votes from the voting public with their onstage performances. On Tuesday, 2 October we will know who will reign supreme as South Africa's next Idol.

Khaya and Melissa are each performing three songs this week, including one each with backing from the Drakensberg Boys Choir as well as their brand new singles that will be available for download from Sunday night.

Khaya is singing the Otis Redding classic “Try A Little Tenderness”, R. Kelly’s “I Am The World’s Greatest” with a little help from the Drakensberg Boys Choir, and his brand new single, “Move”.

Melissa's songs are “Gabriel”, from Joe Goddard, the Aretha Franklin/Annie Lennox hit “Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves” with the Drakensberg Boys Choir, plus her new single: “I Could Spend A Lifetime”.

But there’s still a lot more entertainment lined up for the final Spectacular of the season! Melissa and Khaya will get another chance to perform when they sing the Jordin Sparks/Chris Brown hit “No Air” with the Samsung Band, and the rest of the Top 10 will return to the Idols stage to perform Danny K’s anthem “Shout” with him.
