Review: Episode 16
Tue, 21 Aug 2012 20:05
Unfortunately, we have had to say goodbye to Chloe this week.
Mi Casa gave a great performance. The band’s singer, J’Something was the mentor to all the Contestants during the past week too. He confessed his favourite Contestant is Shekhinah. Luckily for him, she was the first one to be sent to the safe zone.
Idols Judge Gareth Cliff said he could not make a prediction about the Bottom 3 based on his 5FM listeners. “I’m getting the feeling there is no clear winner,” he commented. Unathi Msengana said her sense from her Metro FM listeners was that Dominic Neill had redeemed himself in the Top 8 Spectacular. But Randall Abrahams suspected that Dominic would be in the Bottom 3 for a third time.
Monde, Dominic and Chloe went into the bottom 3 after the latest round of public votes. Sadly for Chloe, who received the least number of votes, the Idols journey has come to an end. We wish her well for the future.
