South Africa’s very own quintessential rocker, Arno Carstens, appeared on the Idols stage for the very first time this past Sunday.

His website states: “During his career as the lead singer of The Springbok Nude Girls and subsequently as a solo artist, Arno Carstens has released 10 studio albums and had 20 top ten singles. He has won 5 South African Music Awards (SAMAs).”

This year is a busy year for him. He will be releasing a new album in September and hosted an art exhibition too.
